Carlo Alambi - HeadChef at Celestine's

Carlo Alambi is our new head chef. Carlo started with us on the 1st of August 2008, bringing with him a knowledge that stems back 20 years.

Carlo has worked in a number of busy restaurants, his last 9 years as head chef in Trastevere, a lively and successful New York Italian restaurant in the heart of Temple bar.

Carlo started off 20 years ago working with his father, Ugo Alambi in Pizzeria Italia, where he taught Carlo all about Mediterranean and Italian food.

Carlo has cooked for lots of high profile people including Bertie Ahern, Robbie Williams and Louis Walsh to name a few.

Carlo uses fresh seasonal Irish produce to create exciting but affordable Mediterranean cuisine.
